Sales
The Sales Department has both entry level and management opportunities available. You’ll learn the fundamentals of inside sales, outside sales, customer service, and customer relationship management. A number of graduates from our sales training programs are now running significant portions of the business.
Operations
The Operations Department is the backbone for our nationwide distribution locations. You’ll learn how to scout a location, set-up a warehouse, manage inventory, and work with franchise owner-operators. If you love rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on, the Operations Department is a great place to grow your career.
Software Development
Our software gives 1-800-Radiator its competitive advantage. Tens of thousands of person-hours have gone into the creation of our state-of-the-art software for sales, marketing, and operations that allows franchisees to build and run successful businesses. We are constantly on the lookout for great software technicians to help us stay ahead of the competition.
Information Technology
